I provide a holistic life coaching service for women to undo old patterns and limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential. It is intended for women who are ready to expand from their current state of being — not by forcing or fixing, but by connecting to their authenticity, intuition and flow.
Whether you are experiencing overwhelm, burnout or stuckness in achieving a certain goal or you are going through a major life transition and identity shift, we will together translate insights into integration and choice into change within a space that’s both nurturing and empowering.
I guide you in illuminating your values and your vision and taking aligned action where purpose and vitality is renewed and new possibilities naturally begin to unfold. Coaching is not to be confused with or replaced by therapy, and as such I welcome you to reach out for a detailed discussion to ensure this service is a match for where you are at.

Dr George Booty. The PsychoTRAUMA Clinic (Convergence College of Psychotherapy)
Registered Psychotherapist, Dr, DPsych, MA Couns, MA Psych, PG Dip Spvn
Life Coaching is the latest fad found in training, within counselling/coaching these days. Personally i don't think it is an alliance of those two but rather an alliance between 'coaching and psychotherapy', because in counselling one must not offer advice or make suggestions other than look at options, counsellors are not to take responsibility for clients decision making, so altering a persons life decisions could be quite consequential for the worst, we are told. So for a life change in direction, It needs to come from the client, or it's not true counselling. Coaching is something else and a good coach needs the in depth training in psychotherapy experience and to comprehend the deep workings of the mind to make a significant improvement for the better and the client needs to be aware you have that extra wisdom that comes from the work as a psychotherapist and not as a simple counsellor.

Cambridge is home to one of the world's most celebrated universities, and like Oxford, its mental health landscape is deeply shaped by extraordinary academic pressure, a stark 'town and gown' economic divide, and housing costs that have become among the highest in England outside London. The University of Cambridge's counselling service and student wellbeing teams handle a significant volume of student mental health presentations, and well-documented mental health challenges among graduate students and early-career researchers are an ongoing concern for the university community. NHS mental health services in the wider region are provided by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, and a private therapy sector serves the many international academics, tech workers, and biotech professionals based in and around the city. Common therapy concerns include academic stress and perfectionism, identity and career transitions, anxiety, and the particular isolation of high-achieving individuals who feel unable to disclose vulnerability in an intensely competitive environment.
