I have previously managed support for people navigating employment changes, relationship and family changes, housing issues and changes, recovery from burnout, health changes and disability, grief, and moving forward after crisis; so you will be in great hands. My focus is on supporting men as they work through stress, anger, disconnection, and self-doubt. By encouraging honesty, vulnerability, and emotional clarity, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore the challenges that show up in relationships, work, fatherhood, or identity. Counselling here isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about guiding you back into connection: with yourself, your core values, and the people who matter most, so you can move forward with greater clarity and purpose. I see counselling as a collaborative and creative process, shaped by the needs and direction of each person I work with. My role is to offer steady support while creating room for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Ultimately, my aim is to help you deepen your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Life transitions can deeply affect identity, emotional wellbeing and the nervous system, especially for women living between cultures, languages and different versions of themselves. Moving abroad, changing roles, midlife shifts, relationship changes, menopause, career transitions or periods of emotional re-evaluation can sometimes create a quiet sense of fragmentation, uncertainty or loss of belonging. Many women spend years adapting externally while internally feeling disconnected from their own rhythm, needs or sense of self. My work offers a warm, reflective and holistic space to explore these transitions more gently and consciously, without the pressure to constantly perform, cope or “have everything figured out”. I integrate psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EFT, embodiment, lifestyle medicine, reflective dialogue and nature-based approaches to support women in reconnecting with greater authenticity, emotional regulation, inner stability and self-trust during periods of change and transformation.

Coventry is a city with a young demographic profile — shaped by its two major universities, the University of Warwick and Coventry University, which together generate significant demand for therapists working with academic pressure, student mental health, and young adult transitions.
