Smoking anaesthetizes you so that you don't feel the bad feelings. The problem is, you also don't feel the good feelings either, and your health and life are at risk. What smokers don't realize is that the feeling that they identify as the desire to smoke is actually a bad feeling they are carrying from the past. When they smoke, this bad feeling disappears, so they believe that the bad feeling (which usually they are not conscious of) was the desire to smoke, when in fact it was a bad feeling from the past that is anaesthetized by smoking. I will help you to identify the experience(s) in the past that created the bad feeling, and help you to resolve it. You will then no longer have the desire to smoke.
