Moving abroad, changing roles, midlife shifts, relationship changes, menopause, career transitions or periods of emotional re-evaluation can sometimes create a quiet sense of fragmentation, uncertainty or loss of belonging.
Many women spend years adapting externally while internally feeling disconnected from their own rhythm, needs or sense of self.
My work offers a warm, reflective and holistic space to explore these transitions more gently and consciously, without the pressure to constantly perform, cope or “have everything figured out”.
