Sometimes images, objects or simple creative materials help make sense of experiences that words alone can't fully describe. There is never any expectation to be artistic.
I work in an active, collaborative way. I won't rush you towards solutions, but neither will I sit back and simply listen. Together we'll become curious about what's happening beneath the surface so that, once those patterns become visible, different choices become possible.
