Parenting problems need wisdom to resolve not just techniques. Super Nanny I am not. But a wise father I am. Parenting needs to be armed with information and training to deal with situations used to come from the elders who were treated as wise and respected as such whereas nowadays the knowledge gained form the internet does not teach application only gives knowledge and this is where we need to work more to help assimilate the knowledge and using what we now know fo the mind brain interface and child development we are more informed and can with help become better parents and teachers and leaders to children and adolescents.

Well, no one said it would be easy. Or did they? If so, they were wrong (or on autopilot). Its joys are limitless. Its challenges are both great and infinitely various. Sometimes the issues are about couples clarifying differing parenting styles in order to support each other and their children. Sometimes the chid or children present particular difficulties. Sometimes the burden falls on a single parent: what a shame that it is a burden. Where can support come from? Sometimes schools and other statutory services can offer obstacles rather than assistance….
I also offer Family Constellations.
I was a youth and community worker, as well as being a parent, and have worked with families with autistic children and those on the Asperger’s spectrum.
