Symptoms — ranging from amnesia to alternate identities and it can depend in part on the type of dissociative disorder you have. If you do not know, we can talk in a safe space to help you discover more about yourself. Note - times of stress can temporarily worsen symptoms, making them more obvious. Treatment for dissociative disorders may include mental health talk therapy (psychotherapy) . Although treating dissociative disorders can be difficult, we can assist and many people learn new ways of coping and lead healthy, productive lives.
