You can draw on my extensive life experience , plus thousands of hours working with adults on communication, trust, anger, trauma, grief, PTSD, existential crisis. I use numerous counseling and coaching techniques. Making each session unique and challenging. My method is to attempt to get to the core issues as quickly as possible. You will know within the first session whether I am the right therapist, life coach for you. I also work with other therapists, clergy , first responders, health professionals and teachers in assisting them in venting and processing the trauma that they witness and hear from their clients sometimes daily at work and then they have to function at home . I provide services and strategies for anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma. I have a great deal of experience in mindfulness and yoga practices to aide in these symptom alleviation; and I have been trained in Adlerian styles as well as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I grew up in the country, in a very small town, and spent a lot of time outdoors. So, I know the value of outdoor play, vitamin N for nature, connection to one another, and building positive, long-lasting relationships. I have also traveled to several countries and almost all 50 states to experience life through the eyes of others.
