As a licensed clinical psychologist, I draw on mind-body approaches and other evidence-based therapies to help people navigate anxiety, stress, stress related health challenges, life transitions, depression, grief, relationship issues, and times of feeling stuck. Over more than three decades in practice, I’ve witnessed the profound capacity we each have to heal and grow through therapy. I view this work as a collaborative process—one grounded in safety, trust, and genuine connection—where together we can explore how to help you move toward greater balance, resilience, and fulfillment. When the mind, body, and heart come into alignment, new possibilities for living fully begin to emerge.

I work with a wide variety of common and uncommon issues, with adults, teens and children ... non-drug approaches for ADHD; testing and treating children, teens, and adults; using therapeutic techniques and helping parents with children's problem behaviors. I've spent years assessing and treating ADHD and have a deep understanding of a variety of approaches to treat it, including medication, nutritional/herbal, and neurofeedback. I help adults get through depression, anxiety, relationship and work problems, and to move from getting out of a problem to enhancing and finding meaning and engagement in life. Your life should, ultimately, be the antidepressant!
