My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to help clients develop practical coping skills, process past experiences, and create meaningful change. For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates faith into the therapy process.

As a trauma therapist certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help women work through the deeper patterns underneath anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and past experiences that still feel present. Our work is collaborative and focused on helping your nervous system process what it’s been holding so life can begin to feel calmer, more steady, and easier to move through.

As a therapist who has been practicing for over 20 years, I have developed a well-honed approach, style, skillset, and flow, which helps to make your experience personalized, efficient, responsive, and often highly effective. I possess the intellect and experience to meet you where you are. I intentionally keep my practice small so that I can respond quickly to your needs. Most people do not reach out to therapists because they want to start therapy in 3 months; they probably needed to start yesterday! I can usually get you started within the week and offer flexible scheduling and evening appointments if necessary.
