That said, Intensives are not for everyone, so I offer EMDR sessions in the traditional weekly/biweekly approach as well. Don't feel like EMDR is a good fit? No worries, I have over 17 years of experience providing "talk therapy" so if you'd prefer, we can always talk it out.
