As the founder of Rebuilding Lives Workshop, Inc. I am motivated and dedicated to serving the community by restoring individuals mentally, physically, and emotionally.
If you are struggling in your relationship or marriage, you can find clarity by seeking help from someone who can listen and consider the concerns of everyone involved. Relationship repair requires a willingness to be transparent about issues that are causing unrest. If you are concerned about the state of yours and are ready to find solutions, let's talk about it.
God created the human race to be relational. Relationships thrive when couples put the interest of their significant other first. When two people offer their all to one another, neither person goes without.

Feel like your marriage is on the brink of divorce? Constantly fighting or finding yourselves at odds? Or maybe they're not the person you married and once fell in love with? Let us help you restore what was lost and get that spark back into your marriage.
I absolutely love working with couples! It can be challenging working with two different personalities at one time, but the rewards are amazing when couples can come together and connect in ways, they never thought possible.
Do you feel like your relationship is at a standstill? Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument loop every night? Do you feel like you and your partner are drifting away? Do you desire more intimacy between you and your partner?
All things can be improved, changed, and bettered with just a little support, no matter how big or small. With couples therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and get what you want out of your relationship.
I use the four (or more) session model for relationship counseling. For the first session I meet with all the partners to establish what issues brought them to counseling. Then in the second and third (or more) sessions I meet with each partner individually so that they can say things to me that they don't want to say in front of their partner(s) and then for the fourth session I meet with all the partners together to review what I have learned and lay out my proposed treatment moving forward. I have found this method to be very effective, especially when compared to strictly relationship sessions.
Relationships are intricate and vital to our well-being. Even the best relationships can face challenges. Issues within relationships can contribute to stress and worsen existing mental health concerns. At Wellness & Recovery Counseling, LLC, we aim to help clients identify areas for improvement and growth in their relationships. Our goal is also to help clients strengthen their connections by teaching skills in communication, problem-solving, and acceptance.
