As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients. Much of my clinical experience includes working with adults and adolescents who struggle with addiction, depression, and anxiety. I also enjoy working with those who are simply in the process of adjusting to challenging life circumstances and events (i.e., the loss of a loved one, starting a new job, coping with a global pandemic). As a clinician who also has an educational background in theological studies, I integrate spirituality and spiritual formation into counseling when desired by clients, always with the intention of helping clients achieve their goals.
