Because I am a passionate feminist, I also aim to help men in regards to their health and issues. I believe we all need to support each other, and that being a man in this society is incredibly hard and full of pressure. I aim to provide a safe space where men can talk through whatever is going on for them, and help them deconstruct what may have been contributing to their struggles but that doesn't belong to them - i.e. society's expectations of "what real men are like".
