I also draw inspiration from Gestalt methods, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other forms of trauma support I learned from working with people of all ages. I want to explore your history and understand the root causes of your stress.
Our counseling sessions will allow you to express freely and get the most out of therapy.
