We learn how to respond to challenges based on what has been helpful in the past. As we grow and move through life, these ways of coping can become less advantageous. Sometimes we get stuck in our responses to stress, and this can exacerbate negative feelings. I can help you learn to notice these patterns, the ways they have helped, and the ways in which they no longer serve you. Together, we will work to create more options for you to respond to the challenges of life.
