It is my belief that a large portion of human suffering is the product of relationships, either the lack thereof or the presence of unhealthy interactions. We were never meant to navigate life alone. As such, we are not prepared to solve problems in a vacuum. For these reasons, I practice from a collaborative stance with my clients.
