I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or family issues and I offer faith-based Christian therapy in addition to traditional therapy. During our sessions, we will collaborate to create a plan for addressing them that helps you resolve such issues in a meaningful manner to restore functioning enabling and empowering you to move beyond your past. I practice from a Holistic perspective and commonly employ EMDR and other effective modalities with helping clients achieve balance and purpose in their lives and creative solutions to their problems. This includes exploring past issues and trauma that may be a factor presently. Our goal is to make lasting and desired changes to promote healthy relationships and positive interactions. I also specialize in Religious Trauma for those who have suffered trauma within Religion or Church in a variety of contexts.

Faith often shapes how we love, forgive, and seek meaning in our relationships. For those who wish to integrate their Christian values into therapy, I offer a space that honors both emotional and spiritual growth. My work blends clinical expertise in sex therapy, couples therapy, and infidelity repair with respect for faith as a source of strength, reflection, and renewal. Together, we explore how belief and attachment intersect - helping you restore connection, rebuild trust, and align intimacy with your deepest values.

I hold deep respect and find wisdom in all faith traditions, and, the Jesus story is most familiar to my experience. My listening style is grounded in a contemplative stance and deeply trusts you are able to hear and discern the Sacred Presence in your life. I see my role as being open to notice and be curious with you about whatever content you bring to a session using the language you bring into the room.

Whenever possible I like to take a faith based approach to therapy. I believe results are best when all parts of a person are recognized: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
