In years of practicing counseling and doing my own training and research, I have learned that besides knowing "Why" it is also important to know "How." I find many people knowing where their trauma or problem is coming from, but they are still not able to move forward and resolve the issue. My focus is on understanding the client's challenges and then helping them move forward with practical and manageable steps.

Cook Counseling and Consulting Inc. is a group of highly trained professionals providing mental health services based in Columbus, Ohio.
