Shawn Gautreaux
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC-S
I help guide, inform, and inspire individuals to feel more confident about their life and choices. I do this by using a knowledge based approach which utilizes research based tools, techniques, nutrition, and my experience to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have worked in the Mental Health Industry since 1999. I started off working for the Public School System as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, eventually becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor and later training as a Life Optimization Coach opening my own business Abundant Life Consulting. Through this time I've developed a variety of skills enabling me to help those I work with lead more productive, healthier, and happier lives.

MJB Wellness LLC
Hypnotherapist, Certified Hypnotherapist and Coach, Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Sex Educator, Certified Reiki
Most people have something in their lives that they would like to change, whether it's to lose weight, quit smoking, get rid of some phobia or habit that is holding them back. Often these things seem too difficult to change. Most people never think about hypnosis as an option, their knowledge limited to stage shows or movies where hypnosis and mind control play a part. Modern hypnosis is a widely recognized practice that has helped millions of people overcome all kind of challenges. I started my practice with a focus on sexuality and that still forms a large part of my what I do, working with people with ED, PE, lack of desire, inability to orgasm, assisting them in enhancing their erotic lives, experiencing more pleasure, removing mental and emotional block that interfere with accessing their full sexual potential. I have expanded into medical hypnosis, removing symptoms of seemingly incurable conditions when doctors have given up on their patients and helping people deal with chronic pain. I've studied "Hypno-Oncology" enabling me to support patients on their Cancer journey, helping with pain, depression, and the various side effects of Cancer treatment. Studies have shown that Hypnosis can strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, among many other things. I have worked with many clients who had been in therapy for decades and were unable to get relief from their issues only to completely overcome them in one or two sessions of hypnosis. Certainly, in our stressful times hypnosis has become the go to treatment for anxiety of all sorts. If there is anything in your life you would like to change contact me and let's discuss how we might work to get the life you want.
