Washington, DC Rape Crisis Center and provided the original training for them. For many years, I have also worked with the Washington, DC Department of Crime Victims. I have specialized in helping people who have been victimized by crime, have been a pioneer in the field of women, rape and violence and has been quoted in numerous articles and books on these subjects. I testified at the rape council hearings in the 1970's and have been featured in a prime time TV series on rape.
In addition, I worked extensively with the DC Women’s Center, and have trained counselors for the DC Rape Crisis Center. I have also written an article for Victimology Magazine in the late 1970's. In addition, I was the Chair of the National Institute against Prejudice and Violence in Baltimore,
