Since 2016, I’ve served as a clinician, supervisor, and director. After becoming a mother to a tenacious little girl in 2022, I leaned more into my power than ever. My daughter taught me to move with intention, feel appreciation for the littlest of things, and unapologetically follow my passions. Big Sky Wellness was born from her influence.
It is my promise to embrace the same principles of self-care and continual growth that I advocate for in my practice. Outside of Big Sky, you'll find me in the wild, with dirt on my feet and sun on my skin. I come alive sleeping under the stars, wading in waterfalls, and on the back of a Harley.
