My passion is to help people realize what is possible, what they are capable of, and finding their best self. Glass ceiling got you looking on while others continue to rise? Trying to maintain and excel at work while maintaining and supporting your children to excel in school? Do you find yourself wishing for more hours in the day to get to all of the things on your to do list? Do you feel like an imposter in your life? In today's world women have expectations of breadwinners and caretakers. Women feel obligations to family, friends, children and community but usually have little time to be obligated to their own self care. Have you found yourself struggling to really define who you are? I have been there and live through it myself. Whether it is dealing with imposter syndrome, self esteem, family and child issues, personal and romantic relationships, I will walk with you and support you in your journey. I will meet you where you are and together we will collaborate in your personal growth through self discovery, self acknowledgement and self care. I use a strength based approach, combining it with CBT, mindfulness and somatic approaches. We may integrate some IFS techniques along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to walk you through any anxiety, depression and pain you may discover and help you get to the root cause of what is keeping you from feeling like you are living your best self.
