For example, in relation to the loss of friendship, relationship, culture, health, function, employment, status, lifestyle, self-identity and so forth. We use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to assist in transitioning from the stage of grief towards an improved emotional wellbeing.
