I work with mood disorders and different types of trauma, created by bullying and domestic violence. I offer a client-centred and multicultural approach in therapy. I emphasise accepting the uniqueness of each individual while also working with the intricate impact of culture on self- awareness, development and overall well-being.
In addition to the wide range of therapeutic techniques I use, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
