Marina Rozenberg, MD

Therapist, MD
I specialize in working with people who suffer with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. In addition, my background as an internal medicine physician allows me to understand the unique struggles of those in the medical field, as well as those living with chronic illnesses. Using a depth therapy approach, I strive to create a safe space where you can talk about your difficulties, worries and disappointments, and where long-buried feelings and memories from the past that created pain, confusion and anxiety can be supported in the present, thereby easing some of their hold on how you experience life. Our goal will be to help you grow in self-awareness, have greater capacity for intimate relationships, as well as have improvement in the symptoms that have brought you to therapy.

Our relationships—with partners, family, friends, and ourselves—shape so much of how we move through the world. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, parenting, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented, helping clients better understand longstanding patterns, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. I have particular expertise in perinatal mental health, cultural identity and immigration, attachment, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).

Dr. Stéphanie Gamache, PhD

Hypnotherapist, PhD
Something in you knows that what you're carrying runs deeper than the presenting problem. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly composed-yet internally they live with anxiety, depression, chronic tension or pain, relentless self-criticism, or a sense that something essential is blocked, muted, or just out of reach. These struggles may surface in mood, in the body, in behavior, or in relationships-including sexuality and intimacy-but they are rarely contained to any one area. They tend to reflect deeper emotional and relational patterns formed early in life, often before language, that continue to shape how a person approaches closeness, vulnerability, agency, pleasure, and self-expression. My work centers on how early experience shapes the capacity for self-regulation, desire, connection, and meaning throughout life-and particularly on how people come to know what they need and want, how they learn to express or inhibit those impulses, and what happens when these capacities become conflicted, constricted, or difficult to sustain. I integrate psychoanalytic hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and clinical sexology within a reflective, depth-oriented process. Hypnosis functions as a central clinical tool-creating conditions for deeper internal contact with emotional, bodily, and unconscious experience that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone. The aim is not only relief from symptoms, but the development of a more coherent and compassionate relationship with one's inner life: sensations, emotions, impulses, and desires. This work is oriented toward lasting psychological change-and toward greater freedom in how one relates to oneself, one's body, and one's capacity for connection, authenticity, and vitality. It is best suited to those ready to move beyond symptom management toward something more fundamental.

Jenna Sackman - Online/Virtual Therapy

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, LPC
I specialize in working with individuals (children, teens and adults) and couples, and I am incredibly passionate about the work I do and the people with whom I have the honor to work. My areas of expertise are anxiety / stress, relationship challenges, conflict resolution, intrusive negative thoughts and patterns, loss/grief and depression. Most clients and couples choose to work with me because they are looking for nontraditional therapy that provides them with concrete skills to improve their everyday lives and/or address specific concerns. Holistic and integrative in my approach, I believe that there is no "one size fits all" in therapy. Therefore, I uniquely tailor therapy sessions to meet each client's needs and goals. With extensive experience and training in results oriented and solutions focused cognitive therapies, positive psychology, mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology, Gottman Method for Couples, meditation, and yoga, I offer creative approaches that result in meaningful change and growth. Above all, I am committed to creating therapeutic relationships that are built on trust, respect, transparency, empathy, honesty, and equality, and I always counsel from a nonjudgmental place of understanding and compassion. I am happy to offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see how I can best support you! Why wait tomorrow when you can start today? Michael Montero, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York City, NY

Michael Montero

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, LICSW
You may have spent years trying to make sense of who you are, yet still feel like something is missing. Maybe you've wondered where you fit, why it can feel difficult to connect with others, or whether there's room to fully be yourself. Many of the clients I work with are reexamining long-held assumptions about themselves, exploring their relationship patterns, or navigating their evolving sense of their own identity, including culture, sexuality, or neurodivergence. Some have spent so long adapting to expectations that they find it difficult to recognize what feels most authentic to them. If any of this feels familiar, you don't have to keep searching for answers on your own. Whether you're starting therapy for the first time or looking for something different, my goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are — without feeling like you need to over-explain or defend your experiences. Together, we'll better understand what has shaped you and find practical, sustainable ways to move forward with the life you want. If this sounds like what you're looking for, I offer a Free 15-minute Video Consultation so we can talk about what's bringing you to therapy and see if working together feels like a good fit.
