People usually come to me because they are experiencing anxiety, panic, sleeplessness, depression and perhaps other symptoms like flashbacks or nightmares. Their relationships are suffering and they are having a difficult time functioning at home and work. Most times, they have been feeling this way for so long that they can’t imagine a life of feeling peaceful, calm and happy.
