Owelleth Mental Health

Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, MedFT
I am deeply passionate about being a therapist it is much more than a career to me and shows in the work I do, as well as the ongoing learning and trainings I am continually seeking. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, safe, and understood—often for the first time. I am especially drawn to working with trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, grief, and the relational challenges that shape this. Many of my clients identify as "neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, AuDHD) and struggle with things like low self-esteem, perfectionism, and expressing needs/wants. Often this can affect how and who we love, function, and navigate major life transitions like divorce, parenting, career, grief, and medical care-taking. I don’t view therapy as “fixing” people, but as walking alongside them as they reconnect with their strengths, rewrite painful patterns, and build relationships rooted in security and self-trust. This work matters to me because I have seen how powerful it is when someone realizes their story makes sense—and that change is possible. My focus is on building a safe and trusting relationship where I get to know you as an individual without judgement. I have worked in hospitals, schools, community/public health, but nothing has brought me as much joy and fulfillment as private practice.

Marina Harris, Bloom Psychology Group

Psychologist, PhD, HSP-P, CMPC
Whether you're dealing with big stress, big feelings, or big competitions, I can help. Most teen and adult clients come to see me for anxiety, sport psychology, and eating disorders. Our work will help you feel more confident in yourself, more poised under pressure, and more capable. You will feel free from rules and perfectionism. You won't let your weight define you. You will know your worth isn't dependent on your achievements. You will finally eliminate that voice in your head telling you that you aren't enough. I understand the pressure felt by high achievers and perfectionists because I've been there. I know what it's like to have mental blocks in sport, to run a business, to feel so anxious that you feel paralyzed - but I also know the way out. I blend my expertise as a former Division I athlete and a doctoral-level psychologist to bring you an elite level of training, expertise, and lived experience. I help clients feel heard and understood in meetings, and use strategies that actually get clients results in their life outside of meetings. Clients can feel empowered knowing they are using their values to achieve maximum performance and well-being. Dr. Joe Rustum

Psychologist, PsyD, License Psychologist
I work with high achievers, professionals, executives, and driven individuals who look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck in constant overthinking. You may be managing career pressure, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, procrastination, relationship stress, or difficulty setting boundaries. Even when things look successful from the outside, it can feel exhausting to keep pushing while privately second-guessing yourself. My approach is practical, direct, and focused on helping you make meaningful changes in your day-to-day life. We will work on understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, building confidence in your decisions, improving boundaries, managing stress more effectively, and creating a healthier relationship with work, achievement, and responsibility. The goal is not just insight, but real progress.

Fargo is North Dakota's largest city and a growing regional hub for healthcare, technology, and agriculture, with North Dakota State University bringing a significant student population and giving the city unusual economic and cultural vitality for its size. Cold, dark winters in one of the continental US's most extreme climates contribute meaningfully to seasonal affective disorder and depression, and geographic isolation from other major urban centers is a defining feature of life in the region. Sanford Health and Essentia Health both operate behavioral health programs in Fargo, and a private therapy sector serves the city's growing professional community. Common therapy concerns include seasonal depression, anxiety, student mental health at NDSU, relationship stress, and the particular challenges of mental health access in a northern plains city where winters are long and the nearest major metro is hundreds of miles away.
