I am an optimistic and accepting therapist, enthusiastic about working with clients in collaborative ways, seeking to uncover and understand, and finding new ways of changing your life and living with fulfilling and rewarding relationships, families and friends. Over the years I have come to appreciate the therapeutic relationship as deeply healing, a safe space for clients to reflect and explore.

I offer online somatic and psychosomatic consultations for adults experiencing chronic stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, career uncertainty, and repeating patterns. My approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in the connection between the nervous system, emotions, and the body.
