They must ask themselves, "What am I trying to numb or avoid or fulfill with the addiction?" Rapid Transformational Therapy can help change the core negative beliefs that a person has unconsciously formed about themselves, and as they get identified and addressed, they can be interrupted and removed. New, healthy, empowering beliefs of being/ feeling enough, etc, are put in their place, resulting in the elimination of the underlying need for the addiction at the subconscious level.
