Mind Body Connections is a group practice with locations in Naperville and Chicago, and the professional home of 10 highly skilled therapists each in their areas of expertise. We believe in the importance of identifying and attending to the root cause of the issues that brought you to seek therapy at this time. By working with us, you will gain skills to support yourself outside of the therapy hour and feel more empowered to tackle life's challenges. As the owner of Mind Body Connections, I will personally do your intake within less than 48 hours and place you with the clinician that will best meet your needs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to create meaningful, measurable change in how they feel, function, and relate to others. My approach is evidence-based, empathic, and solution-focused, with therapy centered on helping you achieve clear goals so that progress is noticeable in daily life. I work with a wide range of concerns—including anxiety, low mood, loss, self-doubt, and life transitions—and have particular expertise in performance psychology, public speaking anxiety, panic attacks, fear of flying, and questions of purpose or meaning. If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right next step, I also offer a one-time consultation assessment to help clarify what may be contributing to your current stress and identify effective pathways forward, whether through therapy or other strategies.

I am a 24-year educator and football coach who has brought all of those skills to counseling in order to help people. It is my life's mission to help those who are overwhelmed with life and cannot cope with the stress. I want to help those who live and work hard and sometimes (a lot of the time) take work home with them (you know who you are). I can bring you to better balance, and better life satisfaction.

When a family is ravaged by addiction - of any kind - everyone is affected and everyone needs to heal. At Love With Boundaries Addiction Family Counselling, we work with the family members first, so that they can make the changes they need to make to truly help the addicts they love.
