I work with a wide variety of common and uncommon issues, with adults, teens and children ... non-drug approaches for ADHD; testing and treating children, teens, and adults; using therapeutic techniques and helping parents with children's problem behaviors. I've spent years assessing and treating ADHD and have a deep understanding of a variety of approaches to treat it, including medication, nutritional/herbal, and neurofeedback. I help adults get through depression, anxiety, relationship and work problems, and to move from getting out of a problem to enhancing and finding meaning and engagement in life. Your life should, ultimately, be the antidepressant!

I am a Board Certified Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychologist. I specializing in therapy and psychological testing. I work successfully with: developmental delays, behavioral problems, mood disorders, ADHD, adjustment issues (divorce, death, illness, general stress), anxiety/OCD, and autism spectrum conditions. I tend toward a cognitive-behavioral approach in a developmental framework. I also utilize biofeedback, mindfulness, DBT, and psychodynamic techniques. I work closely with parents/families as needed. My clients are most successful in therapy when their parents/families are committed to being involved and support the therapeutic process. I approach my work with the goal of fully understanding each client and their unique circumstances.
