Getting to advanced age can be a blessing, but it also presents many challenges. Retirement, lifestyle changes, health issues, cognitive decline, are just some of those challenges. Finding purpose and value in all life stages requires accepting changes and adapting to new circumstances.

I work with older adults and their families who are navigating cognitive changes, neurological conditions, and emotional challenges related to aging. Therapy focuses on emotional support, coping strategies, and maintaining quality of life while addressing concerns such as memory changes, adjustment to illness, and the stress that can come with these transitions.
