Therapy is looking at the past and how it impacts the present. Life coaching is looking at the present and how it is impacting the future. I love engaging this skill set with my clients who need a step by step approach to executing their goals. We talk about doing the next level thing even though fear may be a factor. We work on tools from an immense toolbox to cope and master fear. We work on a step by step game plan to execute a clients goals and ambitions. I am also very versed in working clients that are employed at Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. Navigating office politics, as well as employee dynamics is one of my great skills. Also creating the causes and conditions for a person to become a conscious leader is also one of my passions.
Registered Social Worker, MSW, RSW, Psychotherapist
I began a life coaching practice in 2012 and provide both coaching on its own and also integrate it into my counseling work with individuals when they choose to focus on future goals. This approach focuses less on how they got here and more on where or how they want to be.
