Hi, I’m Anna, the founder of Sky Therapies. It’s a pleasure to (virtually) meet you! You may be wondering, “why did you create Sky Therapies?” Well, I have the vision to empower my clients. And it all started with my personal journey.
Through my own healing journey, I gained awareness and understanding of what works. I developed a knowledge of what it takes to feel better from emotional difficulties.
Sky Therapies combines two of my passions: psychotherapy and nutrition. Starting as a Registered Dietician, I became a certified Diabetes Educator, earned a Master’s degree in Social work, and then completed my training in Psychotherapy.
