I employ my coaching skillset in this subject matter with clients.
I work with people in corporate jobs, fortune 500 executives, employees, managers (you name it) as well as entrepreneurs and solopreneurs that are experiencing challenges in their careers. They struggle with seeing themselves as successful, leading them to self sabotaging choices. I have found that people who are perennially unhappy or unsuccessful in their jobs may be because they are unclear as to what they actually want to do for a career. The lack of clarity impacts what they attract toward themselves or what they settle for. We work to get that clarity so that they can make amazing decisions to get them aligned with their life purpose.
Some suffer from self bullying inner talk and act in self sabotaging ways which compromises their ability to ask for what they want or their ability to draw appropriate boundaries. I find working on self value and self worth really changes the topography of their career goals and achievements.
Sometimes there is a pattern of projecting their family dynamics onto their work environment and repetitively playing out their family-of-origin issues. This damages their ability to thrive and be successful at their jobs. We work to decode this whole subconscious pattern that will then set them up for great professional relationships.

Much of our lives are spent working! It's important to recognize the impact our work lives on our overall happiness and do what we can to either minimize the negative impact of work on our lives, or maximize the positive impact. Sometimes this can be as simple as finding work/life balance. Other times, it might mean rolling up our sleeves, doing some serious brainstorming and research, and taking steps towards change. I actually find this kind of work fun and would love to help you with this if you're interested!
