Statements like "man up" get tossed around all the time, and then when people can't anymore they start to wonder what is wrong with them. These are the questions we help men deal with every day in therapy. We will work with you where you are at. You don't need to sit and cry and talk about your childhood (unless that is what you want to do!) We always suggest trying it out. Therapy is hard work but we have yet to meet a client who has done the work and hasn't found it helpful.
