Jamie Clahane | Psychotherapy & Pastoral Care (virtual)

Registered Psychotherapist, MTS, RP
Thanks for taking the time to learn a little more about me. I am a registered psychotherapist providing pastoral psychotherapy for people across Ontario. This means I specialize in integrating clinical counselling and spiritual care. Why is this important? It is important because healing involves the whole person. Yes, healing involves emotional & cognitive processing and integration around unresolved wounds in one's life, but the deepest healing involves more. When we face personal struggles or crises it is an invitation to find deeper meaning and hope in our lives. It is here that I provide Christian counselling to help build a foundation of wellness and hope. In terms of psychotherapy, I focus on healing deeper issues that contribute to mental health symptoms. People may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or more complex presentations, such as obsessive compulsions, addiction patterns, complicated grief, emotional dysregulation, and more. Instead of simply learning how to manage symptoms, my approach is to gently uncover and work to heal deeper root issues underneath these symptoms that often include shame and self-rejection, unresolved grief, emotional injuries or trauma, for example. As we recover we can restore a healthy sense of self, a deepened faith, and a restored hope for one's life.

Hamilton, Ontario therapist: Rikki-Lee Epp, therapist

Rikki-Lee Epp

Therapist, Registered Psychotherapist, RP, BA, Dipl. Psych.
Living with chronic illness, ADHD, or autism can feel like moving through a world that wasn’t built with your needs in mind. The pressure to mask, push through, or repeatedly explain yourself can lead to immense grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, loneliness, and a deep sense of feeling unseen and misunderstood. As a neurodivergent therapist with lived experience of chronic pain, and a parent to neurodivergent children, I understand the emotional and physical toll daily life can take. This is why I offer a therapeutic space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to perform. Instead of seeing chronic illness and neurodivergence as something to be “fixed,” I believe people often need supportive tools and thoughtful guidance to live in ways that honour their unique needs and nervous systems. My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, guided by empathy and curiosity. Together, we move beyond temporary symptom relief by uncovering how past relationships and experiences shape your current reality (thoughts, behaviour, emotions). This approach fosters insight and self-awareness in an accepting environment, opening the door to lasting, meaningful change. I invite you to reach out for free 30-minute virtual consultation to see if we are the right fit for your therapeutic journey.

Lisa O'Donovan

Registered Psychotherapist, RP
You may be feeling disconnected from yourself or others, struggling with healthy boundaries, or wanting a deeper sense of self-understanding. Repeating patterns in relationships, or the ongoing impact of (C-PTSD) childhood trauma, relationship or family dysfunction, addiction, PTSD & accumulative occupational trauma exposure can feel overwhelming, confusing, & exhausting. I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore your story, reconnect to your sense of self, & work towards emotional processing. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, support your nervous system, cultivate self-compassion and create meaningful shifts. Together, we will focus on emotional organization, acceptance, and integration, empowering you to embrace self-compassion, cultivate acceptance, and foster empowerment. My goal is to help you increase emotional awareness and make conscious, positive changes that align with your authentic sense of self. I invite you to explore your inner world in a space that values your unique experiences, your growth, and your emotional well-being.

I see therapy as a sacred space that offers clients the opportunity to pause from the constant distractions life presents to engage and reflect on our inner and outer worlds. While this process may at times feel challenging or even painful, it can also lead to peaceful and celebratory reflections. I am committed to ensuring that clients feel seen, heard, and respected, and that our conversations lead to unique transformations achieved through empowerment.
