Our coaches offer supports for a range of pediatric challenges including anxiety, low mood, hair-pulling, skin picking, ADHD, emotion regulation challenges, tics, trauma, etc and we use interactive and dynamic handouts, videos, and games to engage youth in sessions. We also offer parent/caregiver supports, and school consultations to help youth and families lead their most resilient and meaningful lives.
