As the adoptive mother of a teen and half of a couple diagnosed with unresolved infertility, I understand the unique experiences of alternative pathways to growing families. I'm here for you, whether you're still considering options (including remaining childless), actively navigating family planning challenges, or in a process of grieving lost dreams - and maybe discovering new opportunities.

I seek to support clients through issues of infertility or adoption.

Infertility is a disease of the male or female reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve a pregnancy causing profound mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional trauma). Adoption can be an option to family planning. It is a legal process that permanently transfers all parental rights and responsibilities from a child’s birth parents to adoptive parents. Navigating the system can be challenging and stressful. I had issues with infertility and I have adopted a child.

In therapy, I support individuals and couples navigating the grief, uncertainty, and identity shifts that often accompany infertility and adoption. Our work centers on meaning-making, emotional regulation, and deepening relational support through these complex experiences.

With the use of RTT I am well equipped to help women facing infertility. It’s a lower cost method to help infertility issues.

Gresham is the Portland metro's largest eastern suburb, a working-class and increasingly diverse city that has absorbed many families displaced by Portland's housing costs, including significant Latino, Slavic, and Pacific Islander communities. Economic strain, housing instability, and thin east-county services shape mental health need.
