For couples therapy to work both people need to know that they will be heard and understood and that the couples therapist will interrupt hurtful and unproductive patterns.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy which is a highly effective approach to helping couples to repair longstanding patterns of endless conflict, hurt and resentment, and painful disconnection.
