My background is being trained as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, but I decided to transition to earth-based depth coaching focused on helping people’s psyche become more whole. The offering is through two programs: Rewilding Self and Rewilding Business. These two are rooted in the same concepts and methodology, but Rewilding Business also includes an emphasis on a person’s impact on others in a leadership context, and is intended for conscious entrepreneurs and leaders. Coaching services only. NO clinical/mental health treatment offered. I work with those who are spiritually minded, and have a desire to connect more deeply with themselves and the earth. The work of becoming more whole, and experiencing the amazing gifts waiting in our own depths, is difficult, arduous, and simply not what most people are able to do or are interested in. It is a journey that never ends, and requires a willingness and desire to risk it all to make any substantial progress. To work with me in this context requires that you be relatively stable and well-resourced financially, emotionally, and psychologically. We are a collective of 2SLGBTQIA+ identified counsellors offering sex-positive, affirming and competent online and phone counselling across Canada (Turtle Island). We work through an anti-oppressive intersectional feminist lens. We have a variety of levels of experience and professional qualifications on our team to suit your needs.

Gatineau sits directly across the Ottawa River from Canada's capital and functions as the Quebec side of the Ottawa-Gatineau National Capital Region, with a predominantly French-speaking population of federal government workers who access many services in both official languages. The city's identity is distinct from Ottawa — more working-class and francophone in character — and French-language therapy is the norm, with access to English-speaking practitioners limited relative to the Ontario side of the river. CISSS de l'Outaouais provides public mental health resources, and many Gatineau residents access the broader Ottawa-Gatineau therapy ecosystem via the bridges connecting both cities. Therapists here frequently encounter the stresses of public service careers, bilingual professional demands, and the particular challenges of raising families in a bicultural, bilingual metro area.
