Kate understands that, like any addiction, Sexual Addiction compensates for other aspects of life that are out of alignment, and her therapy in this area explores how those other parts of the client’s life relate to the addiction.  

Addiction can consume our lives, leaving us feeling out of control and unsafe. Unhealthy relationships with sex and pornography can lead to dissatisfaction, and can impact our relationships and well-being. In therapy, we will explore the underlying causes of the addiction, such as issues with connection or people-pleasing, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help individuals regain control and form healthy, fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
