Our Fort Worth counseling practice is diverse in providing treatment. We offer individual, family, and marriage counseling. Also, our highly trained therapists provide group therapy for divorce, social anxiety, and pornography addiction.  

My focus is a strength-based approach. We will work together to create a plan to help you overcome your present problem. Focusing on solutions and how to navigate through life's difficulties is a journey we will take together. I enjoy working with individuals as well as with couples or families.

I have 18 years of experience in counseling. I have worked in private practice, hospitals, clinics and schools. I design your treatment plan specifically for you. I am a Certified EMDR trauma therapist. I also offer therapy from a Christian worldview if desired by you.
