I am an individual who brings safety, calmness, and flexibility to my therapy. I don't come with an agenda rather I follow your lead and will bring in various techniques or interventions through psycho-education to support your needs. Life can be hard but you are not alone.

I will listen for the themes of your journey and help you identify what you still need for your new path of hope-- whether it's practical tools, life-giving relationships, new perspectives, or spiritual healing. I will be there to support you, as you take one step at a time to walk the path of life in the freedom that God desires for you.
