Lost & Found Counseling, Jennifer Cranford
Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC, CAGCS (Advanced Grief Certification) and Brainspotting
Career is much more than a vocation but is a reflection of calling and purpose in life. For that reason, I approach career counseling from a narrative framework. While I recognize the value of the data gained in career assessment tools of strengths/interests, I seek to place this data in the context of your life story. Who have been the significant people/heroes/influences in your life? What experiences have shaped your life—both inspiring, as well as painful? What events in your life have informed you about your unique design (personality)? What are you passionate about, and how do your values shape your daily life? We answer these questions through a combination of assessment tools, supportive conversations, hands-on exercises, & homework/experiments between counseling sessions.

Dr. Roslyn Phenix
Pastoral Counselor/Therapist, LCPC, (Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor)
When I am counseling clients with career issues, I start out with a series of questions regarding why they may be unhappy with their current careers, and then begin to explore what the client is passionate about. From there, I point client in the direction of job sites and/or job fairs which are offering employment in their desired field of interest.

Dr. Joe Rustum
Psychologist, PsyD, License Psychologist
I help professionals navigate career stress, burnout, leadership challenges, workplace conflict, and uncertainty about next steps. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overextended, or unsure how to balance ambition with their personal well-being. Together, we clarify goals, identify barriers, improve decision-making, and build strategies for stronger boundaries, communication, and follow-through. My goal is to help clients move toward work that feels more sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
