I have worked extensively with children and adolescents both one on one and running therapeutic groups in schools. I have also worked as a school counsellor in primary schools and high schools . When working with children the adults and carers in their life are always invited to be part of the process. Therapeutic support can be beneficial as the young person navigates all these changes. I use a range of evidence based modalities such as Play therapy , Sand tray therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy . I also use poly- vagal techniques. Therapy can be fun for young ones !
