I work collaboratively with women to unpack and shift the many emotions and thoughts that they experience with particular issues in their lives, especially those that only women can truly understand.

It also causes many women to try to be men, because that is what is rewarded and respected.
I work with women who are wanting and ready to empower themselves as the woman they are in the world. We explore what the feminine means to you, where it's been disowned, where it's been allowed and how to bring more of it into your body and your life.
