With over two decades of experience working in diverse therapeutic environments—ranging from outpatient clinics to psychiatric hospitals, adventure programs, residential treatment facilities, schools, juvenile corrections, and a military hospital—I bring a wide-ranging perspective to problem-solving and overcoming life's obstacles. As the Founder & President of two award-winning mental health centers with a staff 150, I've gained a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to care.

I have been working with children and adolescents for over twenty years. In addition to raising three children, I have been an evaluator, counselor and therapist within the public school and private practice settings for many years.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand your story, identify the root causes of your symptoms, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle.

As an autistic psychologist in Colorado, I personally understand many of the personal challenges my neurodivergent (ASD/autism, ADHD, learning abilities) clients are facing. I excel by helping you get clarity about your current challenges through psychological testing and what next steps and recommendations may be helpful after testing is completed. Through therapy, I often help clients come to terms with a new diagnosis, unmask, understand differences between neurotypical and neurodivergent approaches, and come to accept your identity as a neurodivergent person.

Everett is a Snohomish County city home to Boeing's enormous widebody aircraft manufacturing complex—the largest building by volume in the world—as well as Naval Station Everett, and its mental health landscape reflects both the occupational stresses of high-skill aerospace manufacturing and the military family dynamics of a naval installation community.
