I received my MA in Clinical Mental Health from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. The bulk of my clinical experience has been with women and children who have experienced various types of trauma. Now having transitioned into private practice, I work primarily with individuals who want to see improvements in regards to their self-esteem.

In this reality, you consider your feelings and needs, you have stopped the people pleasing, and you have the confidence that is required to achieve your dreams. Everyone’s journey through these struggles looks different, so ours won’t look the same, but we both have fought and are fighting the same battle.

I approach therapy as easing into interactions in your time, with warmth and understanding. We work together to identify and reach goals.
